This cake crock and lid are in Great Condition with the crock having a repair to some hairline cracks, on the base with one thicker crack going up the side. There are a few chips areas on the inside base at the hairlines. The crock is guaranteed 100% secure, it rings true when you tap it. The lid has an old tight hairline that has been secured, it is guaranteed 100% secure, it rings true when you tap it. There is a very slight smooth surface chip to the inside raised rim of the lid and a few areas of very slight exfoliation around the top outer perimeter. You can refer to the pictures. There is slight manufactured roughness and staining. We guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the condition of the crock and lid. The crock measures 7 1/2\" tall with lid x 5 7/8\" tall without x 9 3/4\" at the top rim x 11\" wide at the handles x 10\" at the base and weighs approximately 8lb 8oz. The lid measures 10\" in diameter x 8\" at the under raised rim at the outside x 7 3/4\" at the inside and weighs approximately 3lb 5oz. The lid fits great on the crock, it appears to be original to it. Wonderful extensive bright cobalt blue flower and leaf decorations on the crock and bordering leaf decorations on the handled lid.
