We are listing today for your consideration a great Antique 19th century Stoneware Salt Glazed Striper Decorated 2 Gallon Western Pennsylvania Crock. This crock is in Excellent Condition with 2 spider lines that extend from the top rim downward a few inches. You can just feel them with your fingernail at the top of the rim, appear to have slightly been filled in, once then go downward on the side they are below the glaze. There are some other faint below the glaze spider lines at the back side area. All is 100% secure & sound, very faint and very hard to see. There are no other chips, cracks, and or repairs. Very slight manufactured roughness. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition. The crock measures 10 1/4" tall x 9 1/4" at the top rim x 7" at the base and weighs approximately 10lbs. Wonderful large cream jar form to this crock with great hand decorated cobalt blue.
