This crock is in Excellent Condition with 2 very slight shallow chips to the top rim, both mostly glaze, 1 on the side and the other on the underside.There are no other chips, cracks, and or repairs. We guarantee 100% you will bemore than happy with the excellent condition. The crock measures 8 1/4\" tall x 5 1/8\" at the top rim x 6 1/4\" wide x 5\" at the base and weighs approximately 3lb 7oz. The crock features a wonderful slightly ovoid or bulbous form with a hand tooled rolled extended outward top rim and1 shallow incised bordering line. The crock has a wonderful deer track bordering decoration numbering 7. This rare example of The Black Family Pottery dates from the early to mid 1800\'s.
