Antique Ansonia Excelsior Crystal Regulator Open Escapement Mantel Clock.

This is a large clock measures aprox 20\" tall, the claw feet on base measure 10\" across the front. Clock has bronze claw feet with ornate pillars and fancy finial top. The bronze show sign of finish wear. The top has a large finial in the center with small pine cone finials on the side that hold it in place. two of them have been broken off and glued on.  See pictuers 14 thru 17. When top is in place you would not know it.  

The clock does run and should keep time when adjusted.
I have had it runnig for two weeks. 
The strike part of clock does not work. when it comes to strike it just barely spins I think the gear bushings are bad.

All the trim on outside of clock will be removed for shipping, you will have to put it back together. See last 3 pictures.   

All time pieces we list are pre-owned and old, vintage, or antique. I am not a jeweler, if I say a watch is running this means I wound it and it does run. Does not mean it keeps accurate time unless otherwise stated. All old time-pieces should be cleaned and serviced before use. You are buying what you see AS-IS NO RETURNS

We assess a packing fee to cover the costs of materials and labor. Some items will need to be packed by a professional service (particularly furniture and very expensive items); other items we pack ourselves.
