A full return will generaly require the buyer to forfit the item to the postal carrier orto return it to the seller at the sellers cost.
All Items are fully Insured & 90% of the time the Buyer will be given a refund within 48 hours of providing photographic evidence of the damage while we wait for weeks on a refund from a postal claim.
