For sale is a genuine antique, art nouveau enameled watch pin made Krementz and Co. around 1900-1910. The pin features a beautiful leaf and flower motif and is accented with two seed pearls and a single blue sapphire that is 3mm in diameter. I have not tested the sapphire, but based on small inclusions, I believe it is a natural stone rather than synthetic. The color of the stone and the time period would be consistent with a Montana sapphire. The pin is decorated with translucent enamel in several shades of blue. There is some enamel loss on one of the lateral leaves but overall the colors and appearance of the enamel are good. The pin is marked \"14k\" on the closure and also has the typical double J emblem of Krementz (meant to look like the buttons for which the company was famous).
The pin measures about an inch across (27mm) and weighs 3 grams. It is offered with and a very low starting offer.
