Title :

Antique late 18th to early 19th cFrench or German styleMorbierweightdriven wall clock. Features handpainted wooden face plate and woden skeleton movement. One metal gear, rest are wooden cogs/gears. Has old style brass arms and large rustic weight. Small weight is wooden. Appears to be all original/early except pendulum is much newer and crudely carved. Needs new line/string and to be set up. Gears all appear to be in good shape and are able to turn by hand. Chime inside works when manually stimulated. Donated with a really old lookingnote that said "200+ year old clock, working condition." But unsure how long ago this was written, and unsure how to set up it so ithas not been tested.

Being sold as found/donatedsince it is inneed of servicing/adjustment and full set up.

Condition:

Used--shows age appropriate wear. Hasmarks, scuffs, dings, tarnish & general wear. Front decorative paint onwood has some wear. Wood varnish is crackled looking. Top mantle/hook has a repaired crack& support on backside.Overall wood has heavy wear but is sturdy. Pleaseseeimages. overall good for age. Came donated with separate bag of other various gears and pieces (do not believe they go with this clock--see last image). Comes with everything shown.

No other notable major damage or flaws.

11" tall, 7.75" face, 6.5" x 6" x5" body,round dial is 6.5" (long weight is 6")

  • We offer combined shipping aslong as we have packaging material to accommodate the size / weight of the items to ensure a safe shipment. sales must end within 3 days of each other to be eligible for combined shipping. Please contact us after your sales have ended for a revised / combined invoice. Please do not pay for any items you would like to have shipped together until you have requested and received the combined invoice from us.
  • Any item sold by the Seattle Goodwill is eligible for local pick up at our warehouse. Please note that weare unable to accept cash or credit cards at our location.Your item(s) will be available the day after payment is submitted though PayPal. We are open 7 days a week between the hours of 9 a.m. to3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to3:30 p.m. on Sundays.
  • Local pick up items must be claimed within14 days or the item may be refunded / relisted.

INTERNATIONAL buyers

  • We do not ship to the following locations: Africa, South America, Central America, Mexico and Asia (except Japan). Please note that we cannot accept payment from Singapore due to PayPal regulations regarding foreign charity donations.
  • We ship internationally to Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Customers from New Zealand will need to email prior to offerding to be added to the list of approved buyers.
