An absolutely gorgeous, estatefound vintage early twentieth centurychildren’s German china toy tea set with floral pink rose decal mineraltransfer decoration & tan luster trim. Offered with and alow opening offer!

The set is comprised of a teapot& lid, a covered sugar bowl, creamer, six cups & saucers and fiveplates. The teapot, sugar & creamer, plates and cups are all marked with ared stamp on the bottom: Germany. Really pretty decoration withsprays of dark & light pink tea roses with leaves, the borders have lustertrim and the handles gold gilt accents.

One teacup has a rim nick @ the5:00 position and another has a pinhead size fleabite @ the 6:00 position (this one is actually a tiny mold pull –examined with a 10x loupe it’s under the factory gold gilt). As notedthere are only five plates. One plate has a factory-in-the-making factorymold line at the approximate 9:00 – 11:00 position that’s guaranteed not to bea damage (have examined with a 10x loupe, does not affect the integrity of theplate or the set). One saucer has a very faint spider to the glaze on thebottom (glaze only – does not go through). Very light (almost no) wear to thegold gilt accents.

The teapot measures 6” high tothe top of the finial x 6” wide spout across the handle. The sugar bowlmeasures 3-3/4” high to the top of the finial on the lid x 4” wide across thehandles; the creamer measures 3-5/8” high to the top of the spout x 3-1/4” widespout across the handle. The cups each measure 2-1/8” high x 3” across thehandle with a 2-1/4” diameter top; the saucers measure 3/4” high x 4-1/2” indiameter. Each of the five plates measure 3/4” high x 5” in diameter.
