Antique Child’s 25 pc NoritakeTea Set Green Morimura Mark 1920’s Japan Hand Painted

This is a Child’s antique porcelain chinadinner set made in the 1920’s or 1930’s.The Noritake set is marked with the green M in a laurel wreath,Noritake, Hand painted, Made in Japan. This is the Morimura mark begun in 1918and ended in 1940. The set has 25 pieces.The delicate pattern is blue with gold trim, pink roses, and blueforget-me-nots. Set includes:

· Tea pot w lid 3 ½ inches h. 5 ½ inches handle to spout

· Sugar bowl w lid 2 ¾ inches high

· Creamer 2 inches high

· Round cake plate with handles 5 ½ inches across

· Oval platter 7 inches

· Covered oval tureen 6 inches

· 6-Dinner plates 4 ¼ inches across

· 6- Saucers 3 ¾ inches across

· 4- Tea cups (one damaged)

Most pieces in tea set are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The tea pot has a tiny flea bite on gold rim of the spout. The set includes 3 good cups and 1 badly damaged and repaired. The paint is in great condition.

This is a beautiful blue, fine porcelain child’sset.
