Fresh from a local estate comes this large early 20th century 21\" Mohair Teddy Bear, once golden as shown in the pictures. The bear has great charm with its long snout, long arms, humpback, large black boot button eyes, center seam construction, jointed limbs, 4 hand stitched claws on each paw, and what feels to be a straw like filling. Of course, at his ripe old age, Teddy has also some flaws- the pads appear to have been lovingly replaced on his paws and feet, and there is considerable mohair loss. Buyer pays shipping.
