Offered in this sale is a scarce antique Bennington Pottery figural stoneware art pottery toby jug - mug - with a flint enamel glaze that dates to the 19th century.  It  has an early impressed company mark on the underside of the base that reads Lyman Fenton & Co Fenton\'s Enamel Patented 1849 Bennington, Vt It measures roughly 5 3/4\" tall. The condition is fair. It has a number of hairlines which you can see if you look closely at the 5th image which shows one that extends up the side. The lines are tight so this presents nicely, however, it is AS IS. Other than the hairlines there are no chips or restoration.
