For your consideration is this early 1900s tin litho clockwork toy \"Le Pianiste\" or \"The Pianist\" by Legendary French Toy maker Fernand Martin. Toy is Clockwork driven. When actioned, pianist pretends to play the piano and actual music-like sound is produced. Piano is hand painted. Pianist body, face and limbs are made of tin and his clothes are made of fabric. Face, hands, and shoes are hand painted. Toy is about 5 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches wide by 4 inches deep. 

Toy is all original. Original clothes and original paint. No paint touch ups or repairs done to this toy. Clockwork mechanism works good and music sound plays beautifully. Toy shows age and play wear and moderate scuffing. A couple small dings but no large bumps or dents. Please, scroll down below description to see many photos of toy.
