DetailsA fine antique French art nouveau white metal or silver? sewing kit necessaire in fitted case.
The set consists of scissors, thimble, needle case and two other implements. All pieces are matching and original. The pieces are contained within the original leatherette box retailed by Mon Lachelier , 35 Rue Jeanne, D\'Arc, of Rouen, France.
Dates early 20th century.
I am not certain whether this set is white metal or silver, on the inside rim of the needle case there are small indentations, possibly impressed marks, they are very small. Please see the last two picture. The item has not been tested as to not cause any damage. Size & WeightScissors measures 3 1/2\" 9cm long.
Weight (including box) 70 grams.
Implements weigh 26 grams.

The box has faults and discoloration.
