This sale is for an excellent Antique Hammond Model 2 Typewriter with Straight Keyboard with and Bentwood Case. The typewriter is in great shape. All components are present and work. The space bar works and the all the keys work. The carriage does not advance all of the time as it needs a good cleaning to make it work consistently. One of the screws is out of the nameplate. I have a screw for it, but the holes just do not line up, so I left it out. There is some age cracking to the role. The keys have most of the letters and symbols visible. The case is in great condition as well with only one spot on the right side that is discolored (as pictured).
