This early Georgian silver salt measures 65mm (2.5\") across x 30mm (1.25\") deep and weighs 48 grams including the silver spoon. The salt is hallmarked for solid English sterling silver London 1763 with the makers mark for John Muns with the spoon and the blue glass liner both later additions hallmarked for 1925. The salt has a small crack in one side (photo8&9) and the blue glass liner and the spoon are both in good condition and ready for use and display.
