I have a very rare and very cool antique lighted Sunoco gas station sign and pole with neon flashing red arrow. The pole is approximately 12\' to 14\' tall and is vertical with a 45 degree bend where the sign sits on top. This sign lights up very nice as seen in the photos. The red arrow is neon and is designed to flash on and off. Currently the neon does not work as the tube in the lower arrow is broken. A neon sign shop could easily make repairs to restore this function. This sign is in very nice shape overall. There is one small hole in one of the sign faces as seen in the photos. I actually have another sign face that could be swapped in to the sign case to replace the damaged face. I would be willing to trade this face for the broken face at the time of purchase. This sign is approximately 8\' wide and about 4\' tall. This sign would look awesome mounted up on the polenext to a shop, mancave garage,or pole barn.

9/19/14 MAJOR UPDATE
As of today 9/19/14 I actually have in my possession a NOS (new old stock) neon arrow light bulb that is the EXACT correct bulb needed to restore the neon function of this sign! I have added a picture of this tube to be viewed from my listing. Ironically and amazing as it is, Just this week, I accidentally stumbled upon another gas and oil collector who happened to have this part in his possession. What is even more amazing is he lives only about 45 minutes from my hometown. I went to his place earlier this week and I took my broken neon tube with me to physically match the two side by side. His arrow is spot on correct to my broken unit. Obviously, I bought it without hesitation. I am not guaranteeing that once this new arrow is installed in the sigh that the neon function will work because when I originally bought this sign, I was told that the neon function needed a replacement transformer. The original arrow was already removed from the sign at the time I bought it and I was the knuckle head who accidentally broke the original arrow I got with the sign. What I am suggesting is that with this NOS arrow, you would be well equipped to be able to restore the flashing on/off arrow neon function of this sign which makes this thing SUPER COOL!! After speaking to a neon sign specialist earlier this week, he explained that it would not be a very big deal to restore this function and that a new transformer might cost $100.00 to $125.00. Whoever is the winning buyer of this sign is going to end up with this NOS neon arrow!!! Honestly, if this sale does not hit my reserve price and it does not sell, it will not hurt my feelings one bit. I will just keep this thing and light this rascal up in my brand new pole barn/mancave!!
