Antique or Vintage HAMMOND MULTIPLEX Typewriter w/ Oak Wood Base No lid
Up for sale is thisAntique HAMMOND MULTIPLEX TYPEWRITER with Oak Wood Base but no lid.
(This is a relisting due to an error in the brand of the typewriter in the title - Also, I had a number of foreign buyers and I needed to revise the shipping terms so it could be shipped overseas.)

Condition:This typewriter is in \"as is\" condition from an estate sale. It looks pretty good to me but I don\'t really know exactly how it works. Each of the keys cause a different metal piece to come up and swing the circle a little but it does not advance the carriage in back. The back up key on the right side appears to work. It seems to be pretty complete but I\'m not sure so you need to view the photos to see if you see something missing and ask questions. There is a small bit of veneer loss on the front left corner. The rubber on the rollers is \"alligatored\" and there is a break in the metal on the left side on top (I\'m not exactly sure what this part is called - see last photo).
