This typewriter is out of the This Olde Office antique typewritercollectionand is the modern design version of the Pittsburg (Daugherty) Visible. Itwas introduced in 1911. This is the typewriterin the photograph on page 168 of Adler\'sFrom Creed to Qwertypublished by Schiffer in 1997. This is a really good looking machine and I am afraid the photos do not do it justice.It has all of its components and I do not believe any parts are missing but it is not now operating. The carriage does not advance when the space baror the keys are depressed.
