General Description:

An antique, William IV, Scottish Silver Teapot made by Marshall & Sons, Edinburgh, c1836.

It is hallmarked with the maker\'s mark \"M&S\" for Marshall & Sons, the Scottish \"thistle\" silver mark, the Monarch\'s Head duty mark, the \"castle\" Edinburgh town mark and date letter \"e\" for 1836/37.

It measures approximately 4 1/2\" inches (120mm) in height. The weight is 350.1g/12.34oz/11.25ozt

The capacity is approx. 0.75 litres

In good condition with some minor imperfections there is an old repair to the hinge where it joins the inside of the lid, small hole to handle mount, some very minor indents, however a nice item.
