This is an antique small globe French clock. A most unusual collectors clock.  It stands aboout 11 and 1/2 inches tall. The widest part measures about 7 inches. On the bottom of the clock it says \"Made in France\" also, S. Smith & Son Ltd. The number 562 is marked on the bottom. It sat on a book shelf and was a special clock sitting among books.  We have taken care to photo many pictures to show this clock from all angles and up close. The person in the family who purchased and knew about this clock in the early 1960\'s belonged to the NAWCC and this is one of the clocks he owned. This clock has been packed away since 1993. I don\'t know if the clock runs.  From previous experiences of selling clocks on , you collectors know more than I do about the clock mechanism. A rare opportunity to see such an unusual and meaningful clock that was made in France.  This is a collector\'s clock. See photos. We will pack this clock very carefully.
