We are a well respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can.We want our customers to be completelyhappy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems for you.Items listed as \'spares or repair\' or as \'untested\'are items that are faulty or simply that we can\'t test at our warehouse, so please offer accordingly. We recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional electrician.We do not have a \'buy it now\' price on our sale style items,wewill not end these sales early.If an item is listed as\'collection only\', this is becausethe item is oversize for Royal Mail orParcelforce, too fragile for transit or that we do not have the time needed / resources to package the item.We will not sendthese items or package them for couriers.
UK PostageWe will always try to combine UKpostage withinRoyal Mail orParcelforce\'s weight and price guides.We will send you aninvoice after each purchase, if you dorequire combined postage please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished offerding.We\'re very happy to combine as manyitems as possibleup to Parcelforce\'s heavy25kg weight limit forjust £7.50.This is not the best option for too manyfragile / awkward shapeditems packed together, but we are willing to tryat your own risk.ParcelforceZone 3 does not qualify for £7.50 48hr service, please contact us regarding shipping costs to:

Please note: Parcelforce classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.Whetherour items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we alwayshave to adhere to their size, weight and price guides.We always post as soon as possible, but please remember once your items are collected by Royal Mail orParcelforce the delivery process is out of our hands and is up to these companies to provide a good service for you.We will use recycled packaging when possible, we keep our prices as low as possible and do not try toprofit from delivery costs. Please also remember that nowtakes a 10% commission fee from our p&p costs.
Payment &CollectionCash or card accepted on collection, paypal payment in advance of collection is fine too.We have a sorting room / donation point at this address, so please feel free to bring any donations with you. We can also take full advantage of any Gift Aid opportunities hereto make your donations go further.Payment & collection within 7 days please.Paid items that are not collected within4 weeks unless agreed will be relisted.
