Description: An antique blue-decorated Stoneware Soda, Ginger Beer or Ale Bottle, 1-Quart capacity, Ohio origin, mid-1800’s. Molded, 12-Sided form with tapered shoulder and oversized blob top finish; likely made by Merrill Pottery in Akron. Impressed in the shoulder with a stamp: A. Condition: Small chip on the inner spout, several shallow chips on the base (reverse), as shown; otherwise Very Good with bold color. No cracks, repaired damage or restoration work.
