Attleboro Mass) Heavy 12k Rose Gold Filled 50 inch slide watch chain with a stunning tiny genuine Blue Star Sapphire cabochon mounted upon the tiny chain slide! Also includes the very fine qualitymid to late 1800s SWISS rose gold filled 10-1/2Ligne size pendant watchwith 7 jewels, 2 adjustments. Made by theVuille & Cie Swiss Watchmakers.Watch is currently running & keeping closetime but MUST BE SERVICED SOON. Watch has just been pulled from a nearly 50 year storage period andmust be freshly serviced asap to provide many more years of use. Both The Chain & Watch Are Fantastic Antiques!! This incredibly fine watch chain was entirely jeweler hand made.Chain links were individually rolled, formed, hand cut, filed, hand soldered & finished. This chainis pre \"Industrial Revolution Period\"and wasENTIRELYHANDMADE without the use of any of the Industrial Revolution electrical tools and equipmentinvented during the early 1900\'s. Little tip on the chain slides of the Victorian era.Slides would always work themselves down. To solve this just apply a tiny dab of soft paraffin wax to the chain opening holes upon the slide unit. Thiswill prevent the slide from working its way down.
