This is a lovely antique lawn dress from the late 1800s or early 1900s

It was purchased in an estate along with the family's original Victorian and Edwardian era clothing and is true antique vintage, not a reproduction

Dress is made of a light weight cotton and features lots of wonderful point lace detail, with pleats on the shoulders and at the fitted waist, long sleeves and a high collar

It is in very good condition but not perfect; I did find some small brownish spots scattered about and a few small breaks to the point lace in areas

Dress closes up the back with buttons as well as hook and eye closures and all are intact (some hooks have left rust stains on the fabric)

This dress is a small size with approximate measurements as follows:

Length -- 51" from top of shoulder to bottom of dress

Bust -- 33"-34" (A, B and possibly C cup)

Waist --25"

Hips -- 34"-35"

Sleeve -- 23" with 17" inseam

This is a gorgeous antique dress lots of wear left in it and displays beautifully
