I have for sale a beautiful Victorian silver plate footed butter dish. This butter features lion heads on each side of the finial. Also they are featured in the center of the handles as shown in the photo. The decorative legs also feature lion heads as well as other heads at the bottom. I am not sure if these are men with long hair or this is Egyptian. Dish includes lid with final, knife rest (NO knife included), middle draining section and the bottom.No monograms.Bottom is stamped as shown in photo:Mf\'d and plated by Reed & Barton, 2420 Design, Pat Oct.5, 1869.Overall excellent condition with only light scratching.
