The History
This beautiful pin come from the Art Deco Era! The Art Deco Era is famous for being the \"Gatsby\" or \"Roaring Twenties\" Era. A lot of gorgeous and timeless designs in jewelry came out of this period.
During the Art Deco Period jewelers would often make these pieces to order for a specific customer, which would take weeks to complete!
The Piece
The pin includes an incredible design of a racing horse! The design is crafted with classic Art Deco Era craftsmanship and includes ornate details of a muscular horse attached to a chariot with a rider directing him. The entire pin is incredibly detailed with gorgeous features of the horses mane, and the chariot including its wheels!
The design also includes incredible enamel throughout! The enamel includesboth red,yellow, and blue colors and is placed on top of the chariot rider, and the horses saddle!
The brooch measures in at 1.5\" long by 1\" wide and includes a secure locking catch that worksperfectly.
If you wish your local jeweler may be able to fasten a bale onto this pin for you so it could be worn as a pendant!
