A vintage wood straw stuffed mohair rabbit or hare toy, dating to the first half of the 20th century. 

The cream & orange brown mohair rabbit is modelled sitting upright on it\'s hind legs, and has shoulder jointed arms, clear glass eyes with black pupils, one ear sticking up and the other down, and an old ribbon round it\'s neck, no label - please see all photos and click to enlarge.

Size : Approx 11 3/4\" tall excluding the ears - please note that the rabbit does not sit upright of it\'s own accord (it was propped up for the photos).

Condition : Poor, extremely well used, playworn, threadbare, uncleaned - there is loss of fur all over, but particularly the head, back of neck, and front. The stitching detail to the nose is no longer, and there are stitched repairs to the seams of the l/h leg, l/h paw, and the base of the tail (last 3 photos) - please see all photos & click to enlarge.
