Lovely antique Chiltern Hugmee character teddy bear, dating from 1930s,

made of golden mohair,

feels to be stuffed with kapok throughout the body and wood-wool in the head,

fully jointed,

has got original clear and black glass eyes with remains of brown painted backs,

black vertically stitched nose with upper stitches pointing up,

inverted Y shape mouth stitching,

original cotton pads in quite good condition with general wear and soiling, but no holes

three claws stitching to each limb (one claw missing on the left paw).

Has got inoperative squeaker in his tummy.

Dressed in vintage outfit.

Approx. 16\" tall.

Condition - item is in original vintage condition with some general wear, thinning and balding.
