Beautiful lisere brocade from the Paris area of France. I especially adore the palette on this one. That gray/green hue is a favorite. This piece is not a buttery slippery shiny satin but rather more of a mat finish. So it\'s denser, but not a terribly thick bulky piece and not like the satiny silky lisere type brocades; again, more of a mat type surface to it. Probably a synthetic blend of it\'s day. It\'s an excellent piece for small upholstery, pillows, handbags/totes and an abundance of projects. I think it could also be used for it\'s elements in doll dressing.Very nice vintage condition; may have been lightly utilized, Circa is about the 40\'s-60\'s on this one.Measures 25 inches wide by a 1/2 yd. I have 4 to offer and can keep them in one length uncut.Many thanks!
