I listed previously it and the buyer who won it had buyers remorse, returned it and did not package it correctly and it arrived broken. So I sent it off to my repair lady who appears on the antiques roadshow as an appraiser and has a business in Seattle WA as a vintage jewelry restorer and boutique. I had her test it and she said it was at least 12k gold. I had her repair the broken solders, however she had to repair it with a lead solder, not gold, so there are a couple of lead solders in there. She also said that the chains connecting the center links are much older than the center portions, so the piece is not entirely original, it is however drop dead gorgeous and very high quality!! WOW! What a stunning vintage find this is! It has genuine emeralds, rubies, pink and blue sapphires and cultured pearls, the textured 14k gold weighs 47 dwts. Total weight of piece is 75 grams or 2.6 ounces!!! It is 18\" long. Exquisite find!
