Cover: Color is complete, but a bit dingy. Some wear and tear, around the edges. Two small tears (one on spine and one on right edge). There is some brownish staining in the white areas, not sure what it is from. \"Batman\" logo has been traced in pencil. Some other scratches and scuffs. Attached to book with two original staples.
First spread/inside cover: Some wear and tear around the edges.
Inside pages: Soft and turn well with very few nicks or issues. Pages look nice but do have a little discoloration, mostly around the edges. Last 8 pages are missing a big hunk - see photo.
Back cover/inside back cover: Missing a big hunk - see photo. Overall color on rest of cover is good. Back cover is a bit dirty but color is still good with a few nicks and scratches.
There are 64 pages not including the cover.

UPDATE - PER A QUESTION FROM A buyer ASKING IF THERE IS ANY RETOUCHING. ANSWER BELOW>
OK looking at the comic now and I do not see any obvious retouching other than the pencil outline of the logo as described in the listing. There are some pinkish tones on the inside cover, but it really looks like just the color coming through in the whitish areas as opposed to some of the ink bleed throughs that I\'ve seen.Possibly some marks on the inside cover where BM\'s boot/leg is may indicate some retouching, but again super hard for me to tell as I am not sure if it is bleed through or note - see the photo and look at the left hand margin, bottom. I AM NOT A COMIC EXPERT - learning as I go. I do see a couple of more pencil marks/tracings on the cover - around BM\'s boot and possibly near the arm of the bad guy - but maybe was erased. Really hard to tell. Hope that helps you!
