Offered in this sale todayis this beautiful postwar compact DECO all tube table radio with rear carry handle,original fully restored Bendix marbled darkBakelitedeco set .One of the finest model compact radios fromBendix co. m-110,with a 5 tube chassis.We just sold a gorgeous 526 more common similar model a few weeks ago and now offering this much harder to find later model 110. This one is very similar however the design features improved with a center lighted dial and improved dial cover. The cabinet also has much nicer marbling throughout the finish. Exhibiting gorgeous Dark chocolate color pristine finished Bakelite original mfg. c-1948.
This is a Deco radio that exhibits only two minor issues notedin or onthe cabinet. There are two very small flea bite marks on the bottom of the cabinet rim out of sight andhardlyworth mentioning, splitting hairs here,otherwise very clean for this 65+ year vintage! This model is one of the best designed widely sold deco compacts the Bendix co. made.A very popular small decoBakelitefor the avid radioenthusiastand collector getting harder to find in this gorgeous condition!
This radio is exhibiting excellent condition in and out for this vintage near 70 year old classic compact model. Real cool very bright center Illuminated dial in the dark with an ac/dc am broadcast only chassis. This model also came in ivory.
Stunning cabinet with mirror finished Bakelite. Original deco Butterscotch swirl style knobs (Not reproduction).The power cord was replaced at some point and is safe for use,with a very clean chassis and perfect speaker cone! Original working condition with strong mellow static free clean BIG sounding audio from such a compact design a very strong player. If you value originalimmaculate conditioncompact Bakelites from the 40s era this one is for you! Fully bench tested and awaiting a new home or office!
