Benetfink & Co Ltd, English 19th/20thC Antique Mahogany & Brass Falling Plate Field CameraA rare survival in the form of a Benetfink \'Lightening\' falling plate / cartridge camera from the late 19th or early 20th Century which may be of interest to collectors.The leather covered mahogany body and brass lens appear to be in good condition.Benetfink & Co. Ltd. was an optical company based at 107-108 Cheapside, London. They had made optical lanterns and slides since1845, as Benetfink & Jones.
