If you wish to return, don\'t start a case. Especially if you want a quick refund. Just email me for the correct return address and ship it back.If you begin the (innocent looking) return process via the returns page, Paypalimmediatelyremoves the money you paid from my account. However, if no case is opened, when I receive the returned package I walk over to my desk and refund you then and there. Sometimes I refund before I receive the return. But with a case open I go to my computer only to let know I received the returned package. They then have to verify the return with the shipper. After this step sends me an email asking me to OK the refund. Your refund money is held in escrow (making interest) so I cannot refund youimmediately, even with my own money! It\'s a good process if you do not trust the seller. I refund faster without a case opened.
