We are offering this Bliss Effortless Strip Slitter wool and cloth cutter machine, used for cutting strips for projects, including rug hooking. It is marked Manufactured by Fraser Manufacturing Co., Plainville, Conn., U.S.A. Condition: Cloth cutter is in good condition, with several small scattered losses to the paint. The attached number 4 cutter could be replaced, as the blade edges are rough. However, I cut strips of wool felt material and it cut through and separated them perfectly. So, seems to be working okay. Feet are intact, but don\'t grip a slippery surface, but just place it on a non-slip pad and works perfectly.
