The Bliss fabric cutter is a table top machine. The suction cup feet on this machine keeps it in place while you are cutting your fabric. The enclosed blades help to ensure safety! It is a great cutter for hooked, braided, or woven rugs. Just change the cutter head (blade) and move the adjustable cloth guides position for different strip widths. Each cutter comes with a wrench for changing the cutter head and one cutter head of your choice.

The cutter head choices are sized as follows:

#2 Cutter Head- cuts 6 strips 1/16\" wide

#3 Cutter Head- cuts 6 strips 3/32\" wide

#4 Cutter Head- cuts 4 strips 1/8\" wide

#5 Cutter Head- cuts 3 strips 5/32\" wide

#6 Cutter Head- cuts 3 strips 6/32\" wide

#7 Cutter Head- cuts 2 strips 7/32\" wide

#8 Cutter Head - cuts 2 strips 1/4\" wide
