Golden Ruleand Seller Policies As of 6/4/2015

Full payment is requiredwithin 7 days from the sale’s ending date and time unless prior approval fora payment extension is received from the Seller. It is my goal witheverytransaction to treat you the way that I would want to betreated. Communication is the key. Please contact me through the internal messaging system with any issues that may come up during or after the sale.

When S&H fees are determinedduring an sale listing, it is my intent, in good faith, to recover 100%of the actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with the listing so that theNet Sale (Winning offer plus the posted S&H Fee less Actual Expenses) willequal the final high offer amount. My expenses usually include expensesassociated with packaging (box, shipping tape, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, etc) plus Postage, Listing Fee, Final Value Fee, Final Value Fee on Shipping, and PayPal Fee.By offerding on an itemyou agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and posted feesincluded in the Item description so long as theconditions/fees are not in violation of the User Agreement orunlawful.

When I unintentionallyunderestimate S&H expenses, the Seller absorbs the difference and when Iunintentionally overestimate these expenses, the Buyer absorbs the difference. The S&H fees charged will always be slightly over or under actual after anygiven sale. Please try to keep in mind that the expenses associated with an transaction include more than just postage costs.

My current understanding of policy is that Sellers are responsible for the delivery of an itempurchased at sale until it is received by the Buyer. This means that itemslost in the mail, items damaged in transit, or items missing from a packageshipped in good faith become the 100% responsibility of the Seller who isexpected to cover 100% of the loss. This policy in my humble opinion places anundue burden of delivery failures on the Seller. Therefore, it is my policy toincrease the fixed S&H fees in my sales to include insurance on allitems.

SHIPMENTPOLICY TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE USA

I prefer to sell and ship toBuyers in the United States. Nevertheless, I am still willing to ship toBuyers outside the USA and will charge ONLY the additional postage above whatwould have otherwise been charged to ship the same item within the USA. Pleasedo not ask for international postage estimates. I am willing to selland ship to Buyers outside the USA subject to these terms: (1) the Buyeragrees to pay the fixed S&H fee posted in the sale listing PLUS theadditional postage to the international address using either USPS-Priority MailInternational or USPS-First Class International for packages weighing less than4 Lbs; (2) the Seller agrees to provide the estimated weight of the package ifrequested by the Buyer during the sale; (3) the Seller will complete a\"Senders Declaration\" (Customs Form) with a description of the item purchased and itsvalue. Please do not ask me to declarethat an item is a gift when it is not or to report a value less than the finalsales price; (4) the Seller reserves theright to require shipment by Registered Mail or with Insurance equal to thewinning offer amount on items valued in excess of $100.00; (5) the Buyer isencouraged to visit the USPS International Postage calculator atwww.usps.govusing thepackage weight provided by the Seller to determine total postage; (6) theSeller reserves the right after the sale ends to use his best judgement indetermining the most appropriate mode of shipment in the absence ofinstructions from the Buyer.***EXAMPLE***The sale listing shows a S&H fee of $26.95calculated for shipment via FedEx within the USA. The winning buyer requestsshipment to CANADA. For a package measuring 25L x 18W x 8H Inches and weighing24 Lbs, the total postage to Canada calculated at www.usps.gov including up to$400.00 Insurance is $52.80 (47.30 POSTAGE + 5.50 INSURANCE) via USPS-PriorityMail International (6 to 10 Days Transit Time). If this package had beenshipped FedEx within the USA, the total postage including Insurance would\'vebeen $11.25 so the Additional postage to Canada is $41.55 (52.80 less 11.25)and the total S&H fee due in this case would be $68.50 (26.95 S&H +41.55 Additional Postage to Canada). This international customer would pay theS&H fee posted in the sale listing ($26.95) PLUS the additional postageto Canada ($41.55) as calculated in this example.

response POLICY

You can expect that I willpost response after alltransactions because this is the bestway to ensure appropriate Buyer/Seller conduct within the community.Sincesuggests that Buyers and Sellers contact each other within3 Days, it is my policy to send aFRIENDLY REMINDEREmailabout 72 Hours after the sale ends if the Buyer has not acknowledged the Invoice generated soon after the sale ends. It is my policy to openanUNPAID ITEM CASE(UIC) with through the ResolutionCenter after 4 Days if payment has not been received unless the Buyer hasresponded in some way. The filing of an UIC begins a \"work out\"period during which time the transaction can still be completed if payment isreceived. I reserve the right to relist the item during the work out period ifit is my reasonable expectation that the transaction will not be completed. This reasonable expectation will be a function of how quickly a Buyer reacts tothe UIC notice. Buyers who keep me informed through the messagingsystem during payment delays can expect reasonable and fair accommodation bythis Seller.

ENDINGsales EARLY POLICY

One of the primary reasonsthat I enjoy selling on is that I\'m regularly surprised by thecompleted-sale prices on many of the items that I list which many timesexceed the value I had in mind. For this primary reason, I have a long-standingpolicy of not ending sales early ONCE A offer HAS BEEN PLACED. I am willing toconsider adding a Buy-It-Now (BIN) option to any active sale BEFORE A offerHAS BEEN PLACED if a buyer interested in a BIN option would be willing tosuggest a BIN price that I feel is reasonable. Closing sales for reasonsother than BIN creates unnecessary friction because many buyers like to waituntil the last minute to place a offer. works best when salesare allowed to run their course so please do not ask me to make an exception.

saleITEM RETURN POLICY

I make a good faith effort toaccurately describe the items up for sale in my sales, but if I make amaterial error in the item description to such an extent that you would nothave entered a offer had that error not been made, I will issue a 100% refund ofthe purchase price including the S&H immediately upon the return of the item.Even for items that are correctly described, most of my sales now offer a 14Day No Hassle Return. In some return instances, I may not require thereturn of the item but in those instances in which I do request the return ofthe item, the return postage will be the responsibility of the Buyer. In orderto claim a refund, the Buyer must provide notice to the Seller\"pdbridges\" no more than 14 days after the sale ends then isresponsible for returning the item so that the Seller receives it no more than17 days after the sale ends.

My return address is: Philip D Bridges, PO Box 605, Cartersville, GA30120-0605 (USPS) andmy return physicaladdress is: Philip D Bridges, 23 NWall St, Cartersville, GA 30120-3331 (FedEx/UPS).

REDUCEDSHIPPING FEES FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES POLICY

Buyers who win more than onesale may request and can then expect to receive a reduction in postage forall items purchased after the first item that can be combined in one box andshipped together. In some instances, it is not possible to combine shipmentsbut this is usually the exception and not the rule. Please keep in mind thatthe increased weight of items combined in one package has an impact on thepostage (that\'s why a reduction and not an elimination of postage is appliedwhen multiple items are combined in one package). Since invoices are usuallysent immediately after an sale ends, the Buyer would need to let the Sellerknow by email that an additional purchase is planned. Once the second and/orsubsequent sales end, those invoices will include a remark about theshipping reduction included therein. Please note that it is the Buyer\'sobligation to identify the affected sales and to request the shippingreduction.

FEEREDUCTION FOR LOCAL PICKUP

In some instances, it may bedesirable for a Buyer to request local pick up of an item for which a fixedS&H fee is posted in an sale listing. The Buyer should notify the Sellerbefore the sale ends that local pick up is requested. It is then up to theSeller to set the time and place of delivery. In such instances, the postedS&H fee will be reduced but not eliminated.
