Here is an early 1900’s boxed Sterling Silver and Enamel Norwegian Viking Ship, sterling spoon and silver capped miniature slat. The Viking ship measures 3 3/8” by 1 1/4” by 1 3/4” and has a custom-fit oval glass insert. Both sides of the ship have lined light blue enamel. The top centers of both sides have five silver cross battle shields. The inside bottom is embossed with raised stars and the marks “925 S Sterling Norway.” There is also a crown hallmark. The spoon has the same “925 S” and measures 2 1/8” long. The press-cut silver cap mini salt sits 1 3/4” high. The box this set was packaged in is marked “Theodor Olsens Esq. Smastrandlt Bergen.” The total sterling weight is 39 grams.
