C&O EMD E-8 AA diesel set by Weaver in 2 rail O scale. I consider these used because of the condition of the box (and the fact that the box is for Pennsylvania engines). I don\'t see any damage to the engines. The 4019 is squeaky when it runs, the directional lighting works and it has a functioning MARS light (the light on top sort of pulsates from dim to bright). The 4020 runs smoothly, has working directional light (bottom), but the top MARS light isn\'t working. Other notes from the end of the box are...stainless steel grilles, weighted for pulling power, full 1/4\" O scale (17\") length, runs on 36\" radius track, dual motor in each unit, diecast trucks and lighted number boards.
