Very early 1900s Pre Prohibition Monticello Distillery Company Rye Whiskey Tin Litho Sign. 39\" x 20\"Monticello distillery co. was founded in 1789 and operated until 1919 and was based out of Baltimore, Maryland. This sign was made by the H. D. Beach Co. in Coshocton, OH. It depicts a beautiful scene with whiskey being served at the home of Thomas Jefferson. The colors and graphics are amazing. Self framed. There is damage to the finish, scratches, oxidation, paint loss etc. some corrosion to the edges. Please refer to all pictures for condition.
