Stunningly beautiful, original and very rare, ca1905 "Magnus Beck Brewing Co." Pre Prohibition, Tin Lithographed Advertising Tip Tray for their "Beck’s Bottled Beer".

This wonderful Buffalo, New York Brewery Tip Tray measures 4 1/8” in diameter and features a beautiful image of a spread wing bald eagle perched atop a beer keg and a federal shield. there are barley, hops and malt in the image and a wonderful, radiant sun in the back ground. Text on the image area reads “Magnus Beck Brewing Co. / Select Lager / Buffalo, N.Y.”. Text on the raised rim reads “Buffalo’s Best / Becks Bottled Beer”. The lithography is of the very highest quality and the Tray carries the mark of the manufacturer - Charles Shonk of Chicago, Illinois.

This beautiful ca1905, Buffalo, New York Brewery Advertising Tip Tray is not a reproduction, reissue or restrike but is an original ca1905 Tray manufactured by Charles Shonk for the Magnus Beck Brewing Company.

This outstanding, Pre-Prohibition Advertising Tip Tray is in very good condition - the lithography is bright, crisp and beautiful. There are less than a handful of tiny surface blemishes to the Image area and a spot of wear at approx. 11 o'clock on the edge of the raised rim. Overall the surface of the tray is bright in color and displays beautifully. The back side of the tray has some wear and spots of light surface oxidation.

A rare and very attractive, Pre-Prohibition, Tin Lithographed Advertising Beer Tip Tray and a fantastic addition to any collection!!!
