Beautiful and rare, ca1905 Sterling Silver, Figural Handle Souvenir Spoon from Cleveland, Ohio with a wonderful, double sided figure of a Native American Indian on the handle. This heavy, Souvenir Spoon measures approx. 5 1/4\" long and has a standing figure of the Indian - holding a long bow and tomahawk - on the handle. The Indian wears a long quiver of arrows slung across his back and a waist length, feathered headdress on his head. The bowl of the spoon features an image of a Civil War Monument surrounded by text that reads \"Soldiers and Sailors Monument / Cleveland, Ohio\". The spoon is marked Sterling and, surprisingly, has no hallmark or manufacturer\'s mark but is engraved on the back of the bowl \"Roger\".
This beautiful, Native American Indian motif, Figural Souvenir Spoon is in excellent condition - crisp and beautiful with no damage of any kind. This Spoon came to us with a small but wonderful collection of figural handle Souvenir Spoons which we will be offering over the next few weeks on . The Souvenir Spoons are being offered in \"as found\" condition - some with surface tarnish and many with warm and beautiful age patina (this Spoon will certainly shine up beautifully if the buyer wishes to do so).
