Canadian Pacific - Soo Line replica drumhead sign: The Mountaineer (Chicago-Vancouver)In the early 1970s, Canadian Pacific Railway began a railroadiana sales program that it called CP Bygones. Originally intended as an outlet for surplus dining car china, station clocks, and other items of interest to rail enthusiasts, over time CP began to market replica items such as this drumhead sign. This 16-inch-diameter sign consists of plastic or acrylic with a decal-like design attached to the back. There are some scratches and places (like that shown in the second photo above) where the decal has been worn away, but overall this sign is in good condition. I\'ll ship it in a flattened corrugated box with protective paper to help avoid any further wear during I cannot be responsible for safe delivery of your item by the Postal Service, but if you request and pay for postal insurance, I will purchase this service at the time of mailing.
