Up for sale is a VERY RARE and EARLY STEIFF Teddy Bear from around 1906. His mohair is a rusty brown shade.This endearing bear features his original boot button eyes and stitched nose and mouth. Sadly one mouth stitch is missing :(There are four stitched claws on each foot and hand.

HE STILL HAS HIS TINY BUTTON IN HIS EAR!
He is a SO CUTE 8 inches (21cm) tall - and is five way jointed - all limbs move freely and are well attached.
He only has wool felt pawpads on his feet. This tiny size was always made this way - no paw pads for his hands.
He is lovely clean condition and comes with a sailor jumper to protect him.
He has the most balding on his left arm with about 80% of his fur intact. I think that is pretty good for a bear that is morethan 100 YEARS OLD.
