Here is a great piece that came from a local estate sale. This is an original contract U.S. Navy Vietnam War era leather Flight Jacket. According to the DSA mark on the bevo contract tag the jacket dated to 1966. U.S.N. punched into the front closure flap.Original knit cuffs and waist band (no moth holes or nips!)Original liner and original Conmar zipper (with the leather pull) Jacket is marked a size 42. Note this is the period size not todays walmart size. If you are buying this to wear know you correct size. Sold as a piece of Military history. Jacket is in fine condition. No tears, repairs. All seams intact and tight. Has a couple small scuffs as typical. ready for wear. One of the best flight jackets of this period I have come across. Never had squadron patch so no stitch holes. Superb piece and not one I release lightly. Funding the purchase of another piece of Militaria. Guranteed forever as original.
