I have had thisRarepair of 6L6/5881Pilotone Mono amps withPotted Transformers for about 10 years. These are a Very Nice Pair of mono amps.These have the Very hard to find Cages.They still have their Factory Original Matched Pair of GE 6L6 output tubes in it that say Pilot on them.The Transformers have the Older Cloth Covered Wires.They had been gone through about 10 years ago.I just had my Technician check them out to make sure they are in good working condition.These Amps Play and Sound Great!!!The amps have Volume Controls on them. They were put on before I bought them.The Volume Control is a great feature because you do not need to have a preamp to use them. You just need a source, CD player, tuner Etc.These amps are the much more Rare AA-410A Version that has Both Transformers Potted. The normal AA-410 amps only have one transformer potted.They are in Very Nice Condition for their age. They do have some scratches, marks, etc.Over All they are in Very good conditions and display very well.These amps are Very Heavy because of the Big Potted Transformers, so shipping might be a little expensive.
