Fresh from an Estate Sale,you are offerding on a Vintage Danbury Mint 1930 1:12 Scale Cadillac Roadster in Very Good Condition. Please see pictures for details.
I don't cover things up. With everything I sell I tell it like it is, so here goes. It appears that the only part missing is a little magnet that goes on one of the hub caps. There is also another loose magnet that has to be glued on to another hubcap. The loose magnet is in the bag with the accessories, so check carefully, because last I saw it, it attached itself to another hubcap's magnet. For all I know, the missing magnet may be attached to something on the car. I know how fussy most collectors are and because of that I did not want to touch anything, so notice in the back of the car, there is a little luggage rack. One of the arms needs to be glued back on to the car. It is not broken, the glue just separated like that of the hub caps. They say they are removable tires, but it almost looks like every tire doesn't fit the rim properly. It seems like the rubber tire is a size to big for the rim. They may be mounted incorrectly or they stretched, so look at the pictures and you will see what I mean. The space is visible between the rim and tires. Lastly, I want to mention that I had to clean out the battery compartment. The previous owner kept batteries in and they started to corrode. You may want to do it again. In the end, I put in a new set of batteries and the lights went on just like they are supposed to (see Pics). The brake lights work, the running lights work and even the light in the jump seat works. The lights also go bright and dim. I couldn't figure how to work the wipers. I think they are supposed to work also.
It comes with all the accessories including some plastic tools and a set of golf clubs. There is also a brochure that came with it, describing the item in great detail. Also included are the inner styrofoam box and the outer box. There is a slight water mark on one corner of the outer box. It also comes with a wooden display stand.
The car is a little dusty because they had it on display in a cabinet.

Here is some additional info you might find useful. Someone was kind enough to comment about the tire issue I mentioned in the description. This response is also found in the question section.Q:The tire separation is a stand issue with the cadillac There is a fix for it or they can leave them. I have fixed several of these including my own car.
