July 30, 1907to S-11-28....making this one pretty old for a Vesta!

This Dietz Vesta railroad lantern is in very good shape with just a little rust and pitting on the fuel pot. The lantern sits straight when placed on a surface and hangs true from the bail. It has the prototype \"thumb kink\" in the bail to assist in signaling. The twist-on fuel potis has some rusting and pitting on the bottom and will not hold fuel if you are intending to use it, but the fuel pot does remove easily if you want to swap it out. The BLUE Dietz Vesta globe has some wear and slightly raised letters. It is free of any scratches and has nocracks...just a few swirls in the glass and flea bites on the rims.
