Brand New Eagle Scout Ribbon Bar & Holder Pin. Mint Condition (Official BSA Issue). The BSA has revived a classic piece of Eagle Scout uniform insignia. The original ribbon bars were part of pre-WWII scouting and were discontinued over concern about confusion with military ribbons during the war years. This ribbon bar slides on to the holder and then it can be pinned over the left pocket in place of Eagle Scout Square Knot.
