Although I am no avian expert, from research I have done, I am pretty sure this is a Raggiana Bird of Paradise orCount Raggi\'s Bird-of-Paradise. The bird was named for the Marquis Francis Raggi of Genoa,as requested by Count Luigi Maria D\'Albertis.
